IT’S HUMAN TO ASK QUESTIONS

Who determines what constitutes human rights? What are the limits of individual rights in a global society? To what extent can the state legislate the rights of citizens in a democratic society? When can it be said that state is infringing on the private rights of citizens in such areas as family life and religious beliefs and practices?

When does State legislation on human rights contravene Divine rights? Which is superior: Human rights as decided by the Courts or Human rights as approved by natural law? When there is a contradiction between state determined human rights and divine rights of conscience, which one would you bow to?

You the right to ask questions to gain clarity on issues that you don’t understand.

Let’s have your views on this.
